Sculptural Apatite Lemon Quartz Gold Filled Spiral Earrings

A garden party on a summer night

This design has been with me for over thirty years, yet it always feels fresh, so much so that many of my other designs have grown from its roots. Long, curving, and full of movement, these earrings carry the colors of sunlit skies, open seas, and grassy fields.

Hand forged from 18 gauge 14k gold filled wire, each scroll tipped curve is adorned with gemstones in vibrant greens and yellows: golden sapphires, vesuvianite, peridot, lemon quartz, muted turquoise apatite, and green apatite. Finished with hand fabricated 20 gauge gold filled ear hooks.

Length is 4” (quite long—hold a tape measure to your lobe to compare).
